Product Description

1. Lined gate valve body and wedge are fully lined with fluoroplastic on all wetted surfaces. The metal substrate is isolated from strongly corrosive media, suitable for strong acid, strong alkali and highly corrosive chemical media. 2. Valve designed in accordance with ASME B16.34. Lining materials include PFA, FEP, PTFE and other fluoroplastics. 3. Metal body material and fluoroplastic lining grade can be selected according to the temperature and concentration of corrosive media. 4. Applied in chemical, pharmaceutical and pickling process pipelines for shut-off of highly corrosive media to protect metal substrate from corrosion.

Flanged connection for easy assembly, disassembly and maintenance, suitable for highly corrosive chemical working conditions.
