1. Wedge forged steel gate valve adopts integral forged steel body and wedge single gate structure. The body features dense microstructure, suitable for small bore high pressure service.
2. The valve is designed in accordance with API 602, BS5352 and ASME B16.34 standards, applied to small bore high pressure branch lines in power stations and petrochemical units.
3. Forged materials for body, gate and stem can be selected according to service conditions.
4. Used for pipelines of water, steam, oil products and process media, only for full open and full closed isolation, throttling service is prohibited.
1. Product design: Integral forged steel body free from casting defects such as blowholes and sand holes with excellent pressure bearing capacity, outside screw and yoke with bolted bonnet.
2. Gate feature: Wedge single gate sealing pair, wedge tight sealing upon closure for reliable sealing performance.
3. Sealing performance: Seating surfaces hardfaced with cobalt based hard alloy, delivering good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-galling property, reliable sealing performance and long service life.
4. Stem safety structure: Forged T type stem fitted with back seat design for reliable sealing, preventing stem blowout and over travel, and maintaining safety under fire conditions.
5. Stem feature: Quenched and tempered with surface nitriding treatment to achieve good corrosion resistance and anti-galling performance.
6. Operation feature: Rising stem, non-rising handwheel. Rolling bearings are equipped for medium and large sizes to enable easy operation.
7. Pressure seal bonnet structure is adopted for body cavity at nominal pressure Class900 and above. Bonnet sealing performance improves as pressure rises to ensure reliable sealing.
8. Material combination feature: Component materials, flange standards, flange facing types and butt weld end dimensions can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or customer requirements.
